We are here to help improve our clients’ mental health. And to do that, we begin our services with an assessment, which allows us to talk with our clients and let them undergo tests. The results of which help us create a diagnosis, which, in turn, is our basis in creating an individualized treatment plan. These treatment plans will be used during sessions as our guide since they indicate treatment goals and other activities that help us reach these goals.
